Job descriptionCategory Growth : Own the growth of the food delivery vertical across partner apps by driving high-leverage initiatives, building scalable processes, and managing daily operations. Partnerships : Build and nurture strong relationships with buyer apps and ecosystem stakeholders; act as the single point of contact for scaling joint business opportunities. Tech Coordination : Understand key workflows and integration points; work with internal product / engineering teams to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve issues. Strategy & Growth : Shape business growth plans and GTM strategies with partner apps to drive adoption, maximize success, and expand category impact. Data & Insights : Track category performance, identify actionable insights, and monitor KPIs such as order volume, success rate, repeat usage, and GMV. Problem Solving : Anticipate and resolve operational, tech, or partnership roadblocks by working cross-functionally.
About the Role :
- We are seeking a Category Manager - Food Delivery to lead and scale our food delivery vertical across partner apps on the ONDC network and beyond.
- This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role that blends partnership management, category strategy, business building, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with buyer apps, internal operations, product, and tech teams to drive adoption and growth.
- While this is not an engineering role, a working understanding of technology is essential for effective coordination and problem-solving
