About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of quality assurance across AI-driven multimedia platforms – including web applications, APIs, backend services, and automated workflows.

You’ll be responsible for defining QA strategy, building automation frameworks, and ensuring performance and reliability across cutting-edge AI products like Velocity and Agentic AI .

Required Skills & Experience :

7+ years of QA experience in product / platform environments.
Proven track record of owning QA across complex, scalable systems (Web Apps, APIs, Backend).
Hands-on experience testing multimedia assets – video, audio, and image workflows.
Prior experience with cloud-native , ML-powered , or agent-based platforms.
Ability to identify test coverage gaps and proactively mitigate quality risks.

Automation Expertise :

5+ years of strong automation experience.

Proven ability to build and scale automation frameworks from scratch.

Expertise in automating tests across all levels – Unit, Integration, UI, and API .

Hands-on experience integrating test automation into CI / CD pipelines .

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Platform Quality Ownership

Lead QA strategy & execution for Velocity and Agentic AI .

Ensure quality across UI, API, backend, integrations (LLMs, cloud services), and outputs (images, video, audio, JSON).

🔹 Functional & Exploratory Testing

Plan, execute, and report functional tests across multimedia workflows and user-facing tools.

Validate end-to-end experiences including video rendering accuracy, agent fallback logic, and API reliability.

🔹 Automation Engineering

Build automation frameworks from scratch for UI, API, backend, and system-level testing.

Select the best tech stack – optimize for speed, maintainability, and coverage.

Own automation pipelines integrated with CI / CD workflows.

🔹 Performance & Resilience Testing

Identify quality risks (concurrency issues, multimedia processing failures, LLM timeouts, agent orchestration failures).

Conduct performance, load, and regression testing to ensure platform robustness.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and AI teams to maintain quality in rapid release cycles.

Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with quality-focused insights.
