Experience : 1–3 years (ERP or manufacturing operations)
Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or similar
Role Overview :
We’re implementing a new ERP system to modernize operations across departments. We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy individual who can bridge the gap between shopfloor operations and digital systems — ensuring smooth adoption, accuracy, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate ERP implementation across departments (production, stores, purchase, dispatch).
- Train and support employees on ERP usage; ensure data is updated daily.
- Monitor inward / outward entries, job orders, and production tracking.
- Liaise with ERP vendor to resolve technical or user-level issues.
- Ensure all reports (production, stock, purchase, etc.) are generated through ERP.
- Create SOPs and checklists for consistent data entry and process compliance.
- Work closely with management to improve system efficiency and employee adaptation.
Skills Required :
Good understanding of manufacturing workflows.Basic knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc. preferred).Strong communication & leadership skills — ability to guide senior operators.Proficiency in Excel and system management.Analytical mindset and accountability-driven.What We Offer :
