Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing specialist to develop and implement effective social media strategies across the luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze Instagram insights to track performance, retention graphs, follower vs non-follower engagement, hook drop-off percentages, and identify areas for improvement.
Content Strategy : Suggest optimizations to enhance retention and virality across Reels.
Creative Packaging : Develop scripts and package content (hooks, captions, formats) to maximize saves, shares, and reach.
Trend Mapping : Identify trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments in India / UAE relevant to luxury audiences.
Growth Guidance : Recommend data-driven strategies to consistently achieve 100K+ views.

Requirements :

Proven experience with creators or brands in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle.

Ability to read analytics and turn them into actionable creative ideas.

Understanding of the Indian and / or UAE luxury consumer mindset.

Experience scaling accounts with viral content (100K–1M views).

Skilled at short-form storytelling (hooks, scripts, keyworks, trending audios and captions).
