Job Title : Manager / Senior Manager – Hotel Sales

Location : MM Continental Hotel, Mullana (Ambala)

Department : Sales & Marketing

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional to lead and expand the hotel’s sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective corporate tie-ups, MICE business, travel agent relations, and event sales. The role demands a blend of strategic planning, business development, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new corporate clients, travel agents, and institutional partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term associations.
  • Drive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) business for the property.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and special offers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Conduct regular market research to analyze competition and identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the hotel at trade fairs, exhibitions, and local networking events.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Banquet teams to ensure seamless guest experience for all events and bookings.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to ensure productivity and professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development within the Hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong market knowledge of Ambala, Chandigarh, and surrounding regions will be an added advantage.
