Job description5 to 10 years as a Business Analyst in Cards / Payments domain, with VisionPLUS expertise VisionPLUS experience (mandatory) Strong domain knowledge in Card Issuing and Acquiring Understanding of end-to-end payments lifecycle Requirements gathering, BRD / FRD preparation, and stakeholder management Functional and gap analysis UAT planning and coordination Hands-on in product configuration or rules setup in VisionPLUS modules Familiarity with card scheme compliance (e.g., Visa / Mastercard) Agile / Scrum exposure
