About the Role :

This is a full-time, internal corporate position with Horizontal Talent Staffing at our Bengaluru office . As a Business Manager focusing on Non-IT Contract Staffing and Product / Service Hiring , you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their workforce needs, and providing tailored staffing and business solutions that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive business growth and achieve market share goals for assigned Non-IT accounts.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to align client requirements with the right talent solutions, ensuring both short and long-term business success.
• Generate new business opportunities by engaging existing clients for upcoming roles, projects, and staffing needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to meet profitability goals and maintain healthy client relationships.
• Qualify leads through market research and proactive outreach; convert leads into active business opportunities.
• Maintain excellent client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive renewals and repeat business through consistent service quality and partnership.
