About the Role

Were hiring a B2B Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition across Ads and Google Ads and turn budgets into qualified pipelineASAP start. Youll plan, launch, and scale campaigns end-to-end, run structured experimentation (A / B & multivariate), and drive measurable impact on CPL, CTR, CVR, CAC, and pipeline. Youll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing, and your work will reach global audiences discovering our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Ads and Google Ads to drive qualified B2B leads and pipeline.
• Run A / B and multivariate tests on audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
• Improve ROI continuously : manage budgets, bids, pacing; scale winners, cut waste.
• Conduct keyword and audience research; refine targeting and segmentation.
• Instrument, track, and report performance (CPL, CTR, CVR, CPA, pipeline / revenue attribution) with clear insights and next actions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align offers, ICPs, messaging, and SLAs; close the loop on lead quality.
• Propose / support tests in adjacent channels (SEO, email, content) where they accelerate paid performance.
