• 6–10 years of total experience, including 1–2+ years as a Tech Lead / Senior Engineer leading delivery for others.
• Strong backend fundamentals: API design, data modeling, service reliability, debugging in production.
• Experience contributing to systems at scale (microservices or modular service architectures).
• Exposure to web and/or mobile delivery processes (release coordination, app store constraints, versioning, backward compatibility).
• Working knowledge of cloud and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, observability basics, security hygiene).
• Clear communicator with strong execution discipline.
