Job descriptionLead the change management strategy and execution for the S4 HANA greenfield implementation programDevelop and own OCM roadmap covering stakeholder engagement communications training and adoption planConduct change impact assessments to identify people process and technology impacts across business unit and geographyDefine and execute stakeholder management and communication strategy to ensure alignment and buyin al all levels from Clevel to end userDesign and oversee the train the trainer approach ensuring knowledge transfer and capability across customer teamsPartner with PMO delivery head and business leads to embed change readiness activitiesStrong exposure to Greenfield implementation with global delivery offshore model experiencePrior experience in change management OCM roles in a larger scale IT transformation programExcellent communication stakeholder management and escalation handling skillsIndustry experience in PharmaMedical devices or regulated industries preferredBachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Organizational Development Human Resources or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management within SAP environmentsProven experience in at least two fullcycle SAP implementations preferably S4HANA Greenfield projectsStrong understanding and practical experience with SAP Activate methodology certification is highly desirableExcellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic project environmentExperience with RISE with SAP framework is a plus
