Job description
  • Lead the change management strategy and execution for the S4 HANA greenfield implementation program
  • Develop and own OCM roadmap covering stakeholder engagement communications training and adoption plan
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify people process and technology impacts across business unit and geography
  • Define and execute stakeholder management and communication strategy to ensure alignment and buyin al all levels from Clevel to end user
  • Design and oversee the train the trainer approach ensuring knowledge transfer and capability across customer teams
  • Partner with PMO delivery head and business leads to embed change readiness activities
  • Strong exposure to Greenfield implementation with global delivery offshore model experience
  • Prior experience in change management OCM roles in a larger scale IT transformation program
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and escalation handling skills
  • Industry experience in PharmaMedical devices or regulated industries preferred
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Organizational Development Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management within SAP environments
  • Proven experience in at least two fullcycle SAP implementations preferably S4HANA Greenfield projects
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with SAP Activate methodology certification is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic project environment
  • Experience with RISE with SAP framework is a plus
