Job Summary
We are looking for two dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiters to join our US IT Staffing team . The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying qualified IT professionals on the bench , building strong consultant relationships , and ensuring successful placements with clients and vendors. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities 1. Candidate Identification
- Actively source and identify qualified IT professionals on the bench through job boards, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Market bench candidates (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) to direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.
2. Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants by understanding their career goals, technical skills, and preferences.Ensure regular communication and engagement with consultants to keep them actively marketed.3. Pipeline & Database Management
Maintain an active pipeline of available and upcoming consultants.Track consultant availability, project end dates, and skill sets to optimize placement timing.Keep accurate and updated records in the ATS or CRM system.4. Placement Coordination
Collaborate with clients and vendors to understand job requirements and project needs.Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates and terms, and facilitate smooth onboarding and placement.Ensure timely submission of resumes and consistent follow-up until placement closure.5. Market Research & Strategy
Stay updated with market trends, in-demand technologies, and hiring practices.Provide insights to improve marketing and placement strategies.Build and expand relationships with vendors and implementation partners.6. Communication & Reporting
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills with consultants, clients, and internal teams.Provide regular status updates and maintain transparency throughout the process.Prepare and present reports on submissions, interviews, and placements.Required Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales Recruitment .Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.).Experience working with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients .Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency with ATS , CRM tools , and job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.Willingness to work in US time zones .What We Offer
