Job description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Overall 3+ years of experience in development including SDLC
  • Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Next js, or Vue.js, tailwind CSS.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more server-side programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Proficiency with RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems - Git.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Capability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of web security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques for both front-end and back-end.

Minimum Qualification : BE / MCA / MSCIT

Job Duties :

  • Identify and address potential issues to ensure stable and high-performing systems.
  • Assess and integrate new technologies to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Foster team learning and drive technical knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain high-quality deliverables through testing and peer code reviews.
  • Record architectural choices, design principles, and engineering best practices.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers in technical and professional development.

    • Skills Preferred :

    React JS & Typescript, Redux, Azure DevOps, Flask, FastAPI, problem solving, Communication, No SQL, Azure Cloud (Mandatory), CI / CD pipelines, deployment, Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth2, Azure AD, MSAL.js), Session and local storage management, Real-time communication (WebSockets, SignalR), Browser performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, caching). Web Security Practices (XSS, CSRF protection, Content Security Policy), Web Workers & Multithreading, Responsive & adaptive UI development for multiple devices / browsers.
