Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Alibag for a Pediatric Physiotherapist. The Pediatric Physiotherapist will evaluate and create intervention plans for children with developmental delays or disabilities. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, planning and delivering individualized therapy sessions, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and other caregivers to implement strategies effectively. This role requires direct interaction with children to enhance their motor skills, strength, and overall physical development through evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in pediatric physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic exercises
• Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in conducting developmental assessments and designing intervention programs
• Knowledge of child development stages and neuro-developmental therapy techniques
• Ability to work empathetically and build trust with children and caregivers
• Flexibility to adapt therapy plans based on the unique needs of individual children
• Degree or certification in Physiotherapy with a specialization or experience in pediatrics
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
