Requirement Summary / Job Brief :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Competency Lead who is responsible for driving the growth, adoption, and excellence of the ServiceNow practice, while also carrying a sales quota and having direct revenue targets. This role blends deep technical leadership with business development, sales enablement, and practice management to ensure the organization meets or exceeds its ServiceNow-related revenue goals.

ABOUT THE TEAM :

You will be part of the Digital Engineering Services team at iOPEX which is a new-generation Digital Service Solution Provider, transforming the way businesses operate in a digitally connected world. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead and mentor technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and ServiceNow account teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge on CSM, ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, SecOps
  • Exposure to HRSD, IRM, CSM, FSM, TSOM & other industry specific solutions
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for ServiceNow engagements, from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales pipeline, revenue attainment, and market trends to leadership.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure the competency team is aligned to revenue goals, providing coaching and support to maximize sales performance.
  • Represent the ServiceNow practice at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance visibility and credibility.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Overall 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow sales, business development, or practice leadership roles, with a proven track record of meeting sales quota.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow products, solutions, and market positioning.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a pre-sales or solutioning role.
  • Lead client workshops, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase ServiceNow capabilities and iOPEXs value : 10+ years

  • iOPEX compensation package for the role includes a Base Salary plus a Bonus component linked to performance.
  • Performance will be measured based on the KRAs and performance bonus will be processed every 6 months.
