As an Associate within our Private Equity Group you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and maintain client materials including portfolio reviews and performance analytics.
• Improve benchmarking and respond to ad-hoc data requests for clients and prospects.
• Build and update analytical models and Excel templates for commitment modeling and cash flow projections.
• Liaise with information management colleagues client service managers and technology teams to streamline and automate reporting.
• Reconcile transaction activity between custodian and Private i reports.
• Identify investigate and resolve data discrepancies across reports and systems.
• Respond promptly to client and portfolio manager information requests.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports in agreement with client requirements.
• Disseminate reports to appropriate internal and external parties.
• Liaise with custodians to ensure accurate reconciliation of monthly and quarterly activity.
• Evaluate investment performance and identify efficiencies in business processes to support growth.
