3+ years professional Unity development with shipped multiplayer features or titles.Strong C# systems design; pragmatic use of patterns and profiling.Hands-on with one or more networking stacks (Unity Netcode, Mirror, Photon, Fish-Networking) and transport trade-offs.Comfort collaborating across design, art, and backend; crisp communication and ownership.Nice to have
