We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IVR & Cloud Solutions Developer with a strong leadership background to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IVR platforms and cloud technologies, leading development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain IVR solutions using platforms like Twilio and Microsoft 365.
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Manage CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes), and DevOps best practices for seamless deployments.
• Ensure security and privacy compliance in handling customer data.
• Work with tools like Jira, GitHub, Confluence for project tracking, version control, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain code in .Net, Java, Node.js, and other scripting languages.
• Analyze complex problems, provide solutions, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
