Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent, Culture & Operations Officer to join our growing and global team at Formee Holdings.

Key Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee onboarding, engagement, training, performance management, and offboarding for team in India.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a seamless integration into the team.
  • Maintain digital HR records and ensure up-to-date employee data.

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers globally to drive end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate talent, and conduct screening interviews.
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies and platforms.
  • Policy & Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to employment laws in India.
  • Draft and update HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations.
  • Manage compliance related to tax filings, employee benefits, and payroll in coordination with Finance.
  • Culture & Engagement

  • Foster a people-first, values-driven culture across all teams.
  • Implement engagement initiatives, feedback programs, and recognition efforts.
  • Support DEI efforts and promote cultural sensitivity and inclusion.
  • Compensation & Payroll

  • Liaise with Finance for monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance in India.
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking and benefits management across regions.
  • Training & Development

  • Identify learning needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement learning pathways.
  • Track and report on training outcomes.
  • Reporting & Operations

  • Prepare regular HR dashboards and metrics for leadership.
  • Support audits and provide operational support to the People & Culture function.
  • Work across departments to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Key Skills & Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA or HR certifications like SHRM / CHRM / CIPD are a plus).

    Experience : 3-4 years in HR or People & Culture roles.

    Knowledge of : Indian labour laws (mandatory).

    Tech Savvy : Experience with Zoho, payroll tools, and Microsoft Suite.
