Job description

Nutririte Foods (BingeSpot) is a growing frozen RTE foods manufacturer specializing in Patties, Wadas, Bites, Nuggets and Samosas with a strong footprint in Karnataka & Maharashtra.

We are now expanding our institutional footprint with three strategic priorities :

Priority 1 : Build a strong HoReCa distributor network in North & West India

Especially Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda), NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP, Bihar .

Priority 2 : Break into Indian QSR chains

Both national chains & fast-scaling regional cloud kitchens.

Priority 3 : Support export onboarding

Provide market + client intelligence for Canada, USA, Australia & Dubai .

If you already work with food distributors or have opened QSR accounts before, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

A) Distributor Acquisition & Management (Top Priority)

  • Identify, appoint & manage HoReCa-focused distributors across
  • Gujarat, NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP, Bihar
  • Drive monthly billing & SKU penetration via frozen patties / bites / snacks
  • Ensure distributors service restaurants, caterers, cloud kitchens & hotels effectively
  • Conduct chef sampling, menu trials & price negotiations
  • Maintain collection discipline and volume forecasting

B) QSR & Cloud Kitchen Business Development (Priority 2)

  • Open doors with QSR chains, regional fast-food chains & cloud kitchens
  • Engage national procurement heads, central kitchens & sourcing teams
  • Drive trials of patties, bites, nuggets & new SKUs
  • Pitch customized SKUs for QSR needs where relevant
  • C) Export Market Support (Priority 3)

  • Share intelligence on distributors / ethnic stores / food service importers
  • Assist export team with samples, documentation handover & product presentations
  • Help align local product specs to international customer needs
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

    Must-Have Experience

  • 4–12 years in Institutional / HoReCa / QSR sales
  • Strong distribution network in North / West India (especially Gujarat)
  • Worked with frozen foods / dairy / bakery / RTC / meat / parathas
  • Hands-on with chef demos, sampling & menu trials
  • Understanding of cold chain & supply chain coordination
  • Preferred Background

  • Experience working with or selling to :
  • Distributors supplying restaurants / caterers / cloud kitchens
  • QSR chains (national or regional)
  • Hotels, banquets & corporate kitchens
  • Existing contacts in QSR procurement or cloud kitchen founders
  • Exposure to export markets (even basic knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience driving functions at companies like McCain, HyFun, Vista, ITC Master Chef, Veeba, Godrej Tyson, Prasuma, Zorabian, Tasty Bite, Rebel Foods, or renowned Cloud / Central Kitchens
