Hiring : Collection Officer – Mortgages

Location- Ernakulam (Kochi)

CTC : Upto 4.2 LPA

Exp : Minimum 2 yrs in collection / recovery .

Key Responsibilities-

Conduct field visits for follow-up on delinquent mortgage customers

Persuade and negotiate with customers to ensure repayment of overdue EMIs

Skip tracing and address verification for unreachable accounts

Coordinate with collection agencies and legal teams for escalations

Ensure daily reporting and update of recovery status in internal systems

Adhere to compliance, code of conduct, and RBI collection guidelines

Build rapport with customers while maintaining professionalism and pressure handling

MUST HAVE :

Graduate (any stream); knowledge of local geography is a must

2–4 years of field collection experience in mortgages / secured loans

Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Good communication and negotiation skills
