About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with experience in real estate financial analysis and reporting. The role involves consolidating property-level financials, creating dashboards, building financial models, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting using Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate, Excel, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities :

Consolidate and analyze property-level financial statements into corporate roll-ups.

Prepare variance analyses, executive summaries, and performance reports.

Build and maintain financial dashboards using Power BI and Yardi systems.

Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Reconcile data across Yardi, lender reports, and internal systems to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with Accounting, Asset Management, and Operations teams to streamline reporting.

Support ad hoc analysis and reporting for senior management decisions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.

3+ years of experience in real estate financial analysis, accounting, or asset management.

Proficient in Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate, Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), and Power BI.

Experience with financial modeling, multi-entity consolidations, GAAP, and variance analysis.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred :

Exposure to multifamily, commercial, or industrial real estate assets.

Experience with data warehouses or BI reporting systems.
