strong in scripting, and Service Catalogs Strong knowledge in following areas HR Profiles, Case management, HR Tasks, Record producers, Knowledge Management, Onboarding LIfe cycle Should have good experience in working / Supporting on customization in HRSD module Certifications - HRSD Certified ( Mandatory ) CSA, CAD ( Good to have )
