Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our luxury apparel store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and proven experience in delivering high-end customer experiences. This role is critical in driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Uphold the brand's luxury image through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring personalized service and customer loyalty.
- Analyze store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory, to implement action plans and achieve KPIs.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to execute promotional activities and new launches.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes, including stock management, compliance, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
