Job descriptionInterested in pursuing, currently pursuing, or have completed a PhD in any Social Sciences subject (e.g., Sociology, Economics, Development Studies, Anthropology, Public Policy, or related fields). Strong skills in research design, data coordination, management, and analysis (quantitative & qualitative). Excellent communication and writing abilities for preparing reports, briefs, and presentations. Proven ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders including government agencies, community organizations, academic institutions, and private sector partners. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Role Description
- Lead and manage research / project activities.
- Coordinate at multiple levels.
- Manage project workflows.
- Liaise and coordinate with key stakeholders, maintaining strong partnerships and facilitating effective communication between teams.
- Translate research findings into impact-oriented strategies, briefs, and knowledge products.
