About the Job

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Experience Store team in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on customer interaction, driving sales, and helping customers discover 22,000+ curated products across stationery, art, gifting, and office essentials.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and guide them through store offerings
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while building customer trust
  • Support in visual merchandising and product displays
  • Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Collect customer feedback and support loyalty initiatives

Requirements

  • Graduate degree, preferably with retail or sales exposure
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively
  • Energetic, approachable, and passionate about creativity and design
