Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the recruiting lead / manager to achieve individual and team objectives & goals.
- Work in a team of recruiters to meet client needs.
- Follow standard recruiting and quality processes.
- Develop candidate network, manage pipeline and recruiting lifecycle.
Prior Experience Required :
1-10 Years of full life cycle experience in US IT Staffing involving Technical Recruiting.Demonstrated career progression from Technical recruiting.Skillset :
Effective written and oral communication skills.Good team player with learning skills.Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.Personal Traits and Skills :
