Good Day Defence School is hiring a passionate, result-driven English Communication & Soft Skills Trainer to join our team in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. Role overview

You will design and deliver high-impact English communication and soft-skills training for students (ages 12–18). You’ll be responsible for creating outcome-focused lesson plans, running assessment-driven workshops, and demonstrating clear progress in student confidence and communication ability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, outcomes-oriented lessons : spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.
• Run focused workshops : presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.
• Design formative & summative assessments; track measurable progress and produce concise progress reports for parents.
• Use child-sensitive pedagogy and know-how of adolescent psychology to connect, motivate and manage students effectively.
• Mentor students individually where needed — helping shy or anxious learners build confidence.
• Collaborate with academic team to integrate communication goals across curriculum and camps.
