We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead with strong expertise in financial workflows, R2R processes, and treasury operations to lead client onboarding and end-to-end solution deployments. The ideal candidate will have a Commerce or MBA (Finance) background, hands-on project management experience, and technical proficiency in SQL and ETL, ensuring seamless and successful implementations for fintech and financial services clients.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Delivery & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise fintech clients.
- Translate client requirements into detailed plans and configure solutions accordingly.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across all client touchpoints.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously with effective prioritization.
2. Technical & Functional Execution
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and integration.Oversee ETL processes – extract, transform, and load financial data across systems.Configure and deploy Bluecopa solutions for R2R, treasury, and reporting workflows.Ensure seamless data migration, system integration, and testing.3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve technical and functional issues.Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.4. Documentation & Training
Maintain detailed process documentation, client requirements, and integration workflows.Conduct UAT coordination, client onboarding, and user training sessions.Create SOPs, user guides, and post-implementation reports.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA in Finance (mandatory).Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation or project management experience.Proven experience delivering projects in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP environments.Strong understanding of R2R, treasury, and financial accounting workflows.Hands-on expertise in SQL (joins, CTEs, subqueries) and ETL / data migration.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project tracking tools.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial automation tools (SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Blackline, etc.).Knowledge of API integrations and basic data mapping.Exposure to AR / AP, reconciliation, reporting, and book closure processes.Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM).Core Skills & Competencies
