About the Role

: We are currently looking for a Senior Executive with 4 years of experience in the IT department.

Responsibilities

Proven Knowledge in PC Hardware assembling, installation & setup.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in windows environment.

Perform regular system maintenance and updates.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022, Active Directory, IIS, FTP, and other related services.

Hands on experience SQL server administration, Queries (sql\Pl-sql).

AD-including creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, groups, and organizational units.

Configure and maintain server hardware and software components, including network interfaces, storage devices, and backup solutions.

Monitor network activity and performance.

Good knowledge in virtualization technologies - Hyper-V, V-Space, Thin clients.

Remote server administration tools- MMC, Power Shell cmdlets.

Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.

Good knowledge of networking concepts, routing, switching- cisco protocols, and services, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.

Good understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.

Good to have computer typing skills (40 WPM).

Create & Maintain documentation in IT related activities.

Should have enthusiasm to learn new technologies & improve skill set.

Qualifications

: UG\Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field. Certification will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) networking(CCNA\CCNP).

Required Skills

: Proven Knowledge in PC Hardware assembling, installation & setup, and various IT management skills as listed in the responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

: Certification will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) networking(CCNA\CCNP).
