Job Purpose : Executive - Design is responsible for executing detailed design tasks, including creating and updating architectural drawings and models according to project specifications. The role involves conducting site assessments to gather data, ensuring that design decisions accurately reflect site conditions. The role will facilitate coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting design consistency and addressing queries.

Experience : 8–10 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to work on the client side, responsible for designing, reviewing and validating consultant submissions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of national & international building codes, and provide feedback on drawings, BOQs & specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concept design for various building types & infrastructure development, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Coordinate and manage design projects from concept to completion.
• Review and comment on consultant's / contractor's documents and drawings in coordination with Engineering team & design Specifications.
• Coordination with the external consultants / stakeholders to close all design activities on time.
• Prepare presentation, renders and reports, etc. of the assigned projects for management review.
• Verify drawings with respect to design intent in-order to avoid variations with respect to measurements, site extent, service coordination etc.
• Resolve design conflicts, technical and construction related issues.
• Regular monitoring of project progress, site visits and quality inspections and audit
• Drive green and sustainability initiatives for projects and reduction of carbon footprints
• Prepare and maintain trackers for correspondence & RFIs, Monitor the flow of information and maintain a record of design related changes / value additions, their impact and delivery schedule for said changes.
• Report all activities to the reporting manager to ensure transparency in working.
• Verify compliance with project requirements, statutory codes, and specifications.
• Review technical specifications and identify gaps, mismatches, discrepancies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technical clarity and timely submissions.
• Participate in technical meetings and ensure design integration with other disciplines.
• Organize and manage BIM documentation for design work.
