The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ETL pipelines, managing system integrations, and contributing to middleware applications while having the ability to work with statistical analysis and data operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for data processing and transformationCreate data analytics frameworks and scalable data pipelines to support retail and ecommerce insightsBuild models to optimize promotion spends and competitiveness in the marketLeveraging AI in analytics pipelines to build self-resolving modelsBuild and manage integrations between multiple external systems and our core platformsDevelop and upgrade middleware applications to ensure smooth data flow between systemsImplement robust error handling and monitoring systems for integrations and data pipelinesOptimize existing systems for better performance and reliabilityDocument technical specifications and maintain system documentationRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in Python developmentStrong proficiency in Python and its data processing libraries (pandas, numpy, etc.)Extensive experience with SQL, MongoDB and database managementSolid understanding of statistics, data structures and algorithmsProven experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelinesStrong knowledge of AWS / Azure cloud platformsExperience with version control systems (Git)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with at least one of the frontend technologies (JavaScript, React)Strong background in statistics and mathematicsKnowledge of CI / CD pipelines and SDLC methodologiesExperience with data visualization toolsKnowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration toolsExperience with web frameworks (Django, Flask, + any frontend)Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architectureWhat We OfferThis exciting role offers rapid growth in a dynamic environment.
