Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential customers via phone (inbound & outbound) to close leads and drive sales .
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer support, address queries, and guide customers through the purchase process.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure a smooth buying experience.
- Maintain records of interactions and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and marketing) to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
1-3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales .Strong communication and persuasion skills.Prior experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a bonus).
