Job description

We are a leading retail and e-commerce brand specializing in ethnic wear, committed to providing exceptional products and service to our customers across India. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with potential customers via phone (inbound & outbound) to close leads and drive sales .
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer support, address queries, and guide customers through the purchase process.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure a smooth buying experience.
  • Maintain records of interactions and update the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and marketing) to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales .
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Prior experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a bonus).
