Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an OOH Consultant. As an OOH Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our mission to source nurses across various specialties, midwives, and home care / healthcare workers. Responsibilities :

• Handling inbound / outbound calls : Receiving calls from clients and candidates and assisting with their queries and attending to their needs.
• Interact with customers / clients through phone or e-mail and manage all queries, requests and complaints : Responding timeously to clients and candidates and ensuring no clients / candidates are left without a response.
• Booking nurses / healthcare professionals into shifts : Reaching out to candidates to find out their availability and booking them into shifts accordingly. These bookings are across all departments (Nursing Homes, Acute and Complex Care)
• Handling cancellations from clients and candidates and following the processes set to replace : Ensuring the client is kept informed on the replacement and or the candidate is kept informed regarding the shift cancellation and all is documented on the system.
• To be professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful to all candidates that you speak to : Maintaining the highest standards of the ICG Medical values.
• Sourcing of new clients / business : Using necessary networks and platforms to acquire new business.
• To assist and provide the highest standard of customer care : Keeping clients and candidates informed and creating a seamless transaction and experience.
• To have an efficient telephone manner to take accurate information and update the system.
• Achieving daily / weekly and monthly KPI’s and hours target.
