Vice President of AI Platform Engineering

Your Team Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of AI Engineering to lead the architecture development and scaling of our next-generation Conversational AI platform. The role demands deep expertise in Generative AI large language models and production-grade platform engineering.

Team responsibilities include :

• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on developing scalable conversational AI platform and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with research scientists product managers and design leaders to translate business problems into structured engineering solution.
• Partner with data cloud and security teams to design architectures for data pipelines and multi-agent orchestration.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence innovation and responsible AI deployment across all teams and initiatives.
• Contribute to the overall AI strategy ensuring alignment with product vision compliance requirements and business growth priorities.
