Role Summary & Key Responsibilities :

• System & Process Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for systems, technologies, and cross-functional processes.
• Gap Analysis : Identify process or system gaps, conduct detailed analyses, and initiate corrective measures to address them.
• Consumer Understanding : Demonstrate strong analytical acumen with a deep grasp of customer behavior and market dynamics.

Skills & Qualifications :

Education : MBA or B.Tech preferred.

Experience : Minimum 3 years in Product Analysis, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles.
