Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented PCB & Hardware Design Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will design and develop high-performance power and control PCBs for IoT and embedded products.
Key Responsibilities
Design multi-layer PCBs for high-voltage and high-current power electronics.
Develop analog, digital, and power circuits ensuring performance and reliability.
Perform schematic capture, signal and power integrity analysis, and thermal management.
Collaborate with R&D, Mechanical, and Production teams for design validation and integration.
Conduct DRC, DFM, and DFT reviews for manufacturability.
Prepare Gerber files, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
Maintain PCB component libraries and support the transition from prototype to production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB design, with at least 1 year in Power Electronics (EV chargers, motor drives, inverters, etc.).
Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design tools.
Strong understanding of high-voltage / high-current circuit design and EMI / EMC standards.
Familiarity with SPI, I2C, UART, RS-485, and CAN communication protocols.
Knowledge of IPC standards such as IPC-2221 and IPC-A-600.
Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Battery Management Systems (BMS) or Vehicle Control Units (VCU).
Exposure to automotive or industrial electronics.
Familiarity with thermal, signal integrity, or power integrity simulation tools.
