Role : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Experience : 7 + Years

Location : Chennai

Essential Criteria :

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform
  • Expertise in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
  • Familiarity with SFMC APIs, AMPscript, and SQL
  • Understanding of data modelling, segmentation, and personalization
  • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and campaign management
  • Proven experience leading SFMC projects or teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams e.G., marketing and IT teams
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Knowledge of integration with external systems (e.G., CRM, ERP)
  • Design and develop marketing automation solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define marketing strategies
  • Manage and mentor SFMC team members
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance

Required Marketing domain knowledge :

  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and goals
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and customer engagement
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and metrics (e.G., open rates, click-through rates)
