What You’ll Do :

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance e-commerce and lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
• Implement A / B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation to maximize ROAS and lead quality.
• Manage and scale PPC, paid social, and programmatic ad campaigns to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and improve lifetime customer value.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and AI-driven marketing innovations.
