Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy Development : Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and boost conversion rates.
  • Keyword Research : Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and target keywords that align with business goals.
  • On-Page Optimization : Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking, to ensure it aligns with SEO best practices.
  • Content Strategy : Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and engages the audience.
  • Technical SEO : Work closely with the development team to identify and fix technical SEO issues, such as site speed, crawl errors, and mobile optimization.
  • Link Building : Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
  • Competitor Analysis : Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps in our SEO strategy and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and implement changes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and a basic understanding of HTML / CSS is a plus.
