About the Role :

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior and construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently — on schedule, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction and interior fit-out activities
• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain quality control standards and adherence to project specifications
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve issues promptly
• Track project timelines, budgets, and material requirements
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management
