We're looking for an experienced documentations expert to create comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a highly technical field, such as software development or engineering, and can evaluate and analyze complex information.

The objectives of this role are to develop user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience. Responsibilities include researching and outlining new content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements, and independently gathering information from subject matter experts to develop procedure manuals and technical specifications.

• Develop detailed databases of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement

Preferred qualifications include proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC), and previous software development experience.
