Location : Visakhapatnam / Vizag

Shift Timings : 6 : 00PM IST to 3 : 00AM IST (Night Shift)

Skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL, Power BI,

Overview :

Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring smooth business operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and related modules.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Support finance and supply chain users with configuration and data validation.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with developers for customizations.
• Manage user access, workflows, and role-based security.
• Perform regression and user acceptance testing for updates and new releases.
• Document system configurations and process flows.
