About the Role :

We’re hiring a Principal Product Developer to own our product journey from concept through final production inside our own facility. This is a rare opportunity to build with complete control over design, development, and execution under one roof.

Responsibilities :

Lead sneaker development end to end, from initial design intent through commercialization

Own footwear pattern making with precision in fit, proportion, and construction

Translate creative direction into technical specifications, tooling details, and production documentation

Oversee prototyping, sampling, and fit trials directly in our facility with the agility to refine quickly

Partner with our in-house production team and external suppliers to deliver premium results

Anticipate and solve challenges in construction, materials, and scalability without compromise

Ensure bulk production readiness with consistency, efficiency, and uncompromising quality

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in footwear product development

Strong expertise in pattern making and commercialization

Deep technical knowledge of lasts, outsole tooling, materials, and manufacturing methods

Experience working directly inside or alongside factories

Ability to manage cost targets, timelines, and premium quality standards simultaneously

Passion for sneakers, design craft, and building products that last
