Assistant QS and Billing

Experience – 2 to 5 years

Job Location – Bangalore / Bengaluru

Role Description

This is a full-time office role for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Billing position, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant QS and Billing employee will be responsible for managing the billing process, preparing invoices, Tender work, Project Planning work and assisting in accounting and finance tasks. The role requires effective communication with different stakeholders and maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in QS and project planning roles.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience in the Billing Process and Invoicing

Basic Knowledge of Accounting and Finance

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using billing software and accounting tools

Key Responsibilities :

Contractor & Client Billing, estimates, and budgets.

Monitor project progress and prepare schedules.

Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Prepare the Project Progress report and expenses tracker.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in QS and project planning roles.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to travel to Maruthi Layout, Dasarahalli, Bengaluru- 560024
