Key Responsibilities :

HR Management for Dubai-based Client & Outpost

• Contract Management : Draft, review, and manage employee contracts.
• Payroll Coordination : Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
• Compliance & Administration : Oversee medical insurance, employee records, and adherence to labor laws.
• Onboarding & Offboarding : Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including orientation, documentation, on-boarding activities and exit formalities.
• Performance Management : Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation frameworks.
• Statutory Compliance : Liaise with EPF, ESIC, and other regulatory bodies for HR compliance. Employee
