Supervisor - Sites

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily activities of the mason team involved in brick lining work, ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate work schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Inspect and ensure brick lining is executed according to project specifications and drawings.
• Enforce compliance with statutory guidelines, building codes, and site safety standards (including PPE, scaffolding, etc.).
• Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
• Maintain site records including labor attendance, material usage, and progress reports.
• Identify potential issues or delays and propose corrective measures proactively.
• Ensure tools and materials are available on-site as per project requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for the mason team.
• Ensure all site work is completed in line with environmental and legal regulations.
