Core responsibilities
- Plan and run quarterly marketing calendars across YouTube, Instagram, , and blog
- Own paid campaigns end-to-end : budgets, creatives, audiences, landing pages, tracking, and reporting
- Build local marketing flywheel : store events, campus outreach, partner tie-ups, community meets
- Operate the content pipeline : briefs, scripts, thumbnails, posts, and publishing cadence
- Manage CRM and lead funnels; tighten attribution from ad / view → inquiry → order
- Maintain brand voice, visual consistency, and approval flows
- Coordinate with Sales, Ops, and ERP teams for offers, inventory pushes, and launch timelines
- Analyze performance; iterate fast on hooks, creatives, targeting, and pages
- Own listings and reputation : Maps, reviews, forums, creator / affiliate relations
