Job descriptionScheduled site visits via our dedicated presales team. Fuel reimbursement for travel. Attractive incentive structure on closures. Salary as per industry standards + performance rewards. Chance to work with a dynamic, high-energy team and gain enormous learning exposure. Preferred 6 months to 9 years of experience in real estate sales (residential projects). Strong communication & negotiation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Freshers with strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.

🔑 Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Meet potential customers at project sites and provide complete walkthroughs.
- Present project details, highlight key USPs, and address client queries.
- Drive rigorous follow-ups with interested leads until closure.
- Work closely with the presales team – site visits are scheduled & arranged for you.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Build strong rapport with developers.
