  • Head - Institutions Development
  • Education : MBA from a premier institute (IIM / ISB or equivalent). Background in economics / public policy is an added advantage.
  • Experience :
  • 8–12 years overall, with at least 3–5 years in Market Access within healthcare / pharma.
  • Exposure to pricing, reimbursement, health economics, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, and integrated marketing.
  • Skills :
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical capability with exposure to data-driven decision-making.
  • Preferred : Prior consulting experience (BCG, McKinsey, etc.) or experience in commercial excellence roles.
