Creative Director

What you will be doing :

Ensure Ciel Textile’s brand guidelines are respected and consistently applied.
Deliver visually stunning content and creative assets exceeding global benchmarks.
Introduce bold, avant-garde concepts in branding, graphics, video, and photography.
Scout and apply new visual languages, digital tools, and creative technologies.
Lead impactful B2B communication through client presentations, branding, photoshoots, videos, and campaigns.
Champion global innovation projects including AI-driven initiatives.
Recruit, inspire, and coach a high-performing creative team.
Structure processes, KPIs, reviews, and workflows for creative excellence.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in design and / or advertising with strong creative leadership.

Expertise in Adobe software and advanced design tools.

Strong ability to research and spot visual trends.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Proven expertise in photoshoots, campaigns, and B2B branding.

Oversight in photography and video production.

Awareness of global fashion and textile markets.

Leadership and coaching ability to build top-tier creative teams.

Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity for trends, innovation, and digital platforms.
